Job Description:
a) Preparing content that is logically, factually, language-wise accurate and consistent.
b) Ensuring strict adherence to editing and style guidelines.
c) Ensuring visual clarity & attractiveness of the content.
d) Ensuring grade level suitability of the content.
e) Checking for copyright infringement and repeat use.
f) Generating ideas and visualization for multimedia based content
g) Interacting with the developers for effective execution of the ideas
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Subject matter and language expertise • In-depth understanding of the domain subject with sensitivity to grade/curriculum specificities • Good knowledge of grammar including sentence construction and vocabulary
2. Demonstrates good communication skills while interacting (both written and verbal) with content writers and multimedia developers.
3. Capable of switching to newer content areas and/or roles (e.g. content writing).
4. Capable of bettering existing text-based content and generating visually appealing and value-adding ideas for multimedia content.
5. Team Skills a) Works well with other team members to achieve team targets b) Willingness to share responsibilities and knowledge with other team members
6. Graduates/ Post Graduates with specialization in English or communication and flair for writing in english.
