Job Description:
1.To review litigation documents, and research on case laws and judgements relating to International Law.
2.To prepare summary files, and to liaise with lawyers, to get daily updates on the litigations.
3.To understand the International laws in depth and present before seniors about the compliances we need to take care during litigations and also to avoid any further matters.
4.To closely monitor the cases from H.O. and if required to travel to all destinations where there are existing cases or possibility of potential cases to understand the nitty-gritty of the case with lawyers.
5.Drafting notices, reply affidavits, written statement or any other legal documents or letter.
6.To involve in other strategic assignments of the Company from time to time and prepare notes, documents, or legal comments wherever necessary.
Desired Candidate Profile
1.Candidate have completed LLB from National Law School will be preferred.
2.Should have good understanding of International Litigation.
3.Good communication & presentation skill
Experience : 1 - 2 Yers. Freshers also can apply
Qualification : LLB / LLM (Preferred from National Law School)
Candidates prefered working as Advocate or as Law Assistant in reputed organization.
