Job Description:
Interacting with customers, understanding their needs and helping them by providing technical support to Customer by remotely accessing their networks & troubleshooting the queries working on all CISCO products

Desired Profile:
•Troubleshooting exp.

•Willing to work in 24*7 Support (Night Shifts).

•Prior exp of Voice based technical support.

•Knowledge of CISCO product will be an added advantage.
