Telecom OSS/BSS Tester-L1
Testing - Debugs software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, apply and maintain quality standards for company products. Develops and executes software test plans. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software. Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action. Consults with development engineers in resolution of problems. Works on problems of complex scope, through extensive usage of standard concepts & principles. Works as a fully contributing team member, under broad guidance with independent planning & execution responsibilities. Expected to continue to build upon domain knowledge and technical/ proprietary skills to reach levels of expertise, while adapting standard principles to new or changed conditions in day to day work. Has the ability to respond to detailed queries. Applies own judgment to independently determine a course of action, which is then executed independently post review. Responsible for coaching, guiding and mentoring junior members in the team to help them scale up faster.
BSS / CRM and Enterprise Apps Test Lead/Consultant Experience/Skills: Total 3-5 years of experience in testing of BSS/ CRM and other Telco Enterprise applications. - Out of total experience, 2-3 years of Test Automation experience using Quality center and Rational Robot - Experience in Agile testing essential - Experience in User Acceptance and Operational readiness testing - Experience in Test planning in terms of measuring user experience - Experience in Sun Solaris - Experience in testing of BEA Weblogic based, TUXEDO, MQSeries based applications - Experience in testing of billing systems (Legacy Mainframe and Convergys Geneva/Infinys/IRB) - Experience in testing of Wholesale Billing and revenue assurance (WLR related) - Experience in testing of Legacy invoice management and Revenue Assurance (Preferably cVidya MoneyMap) systems - Experience of Testing process / Test Lifecycle (Test Planning, Test Case writing, Test execution, Reporting, Result logging etc.) - Experience in Order management Catalogue/Product/Inventory management using Siebel 7, and in-house B2B/ Portals - Experience in performing end-to-end testing of revenue assurance and customer analytic reporting using Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing applications (SAP or Oracle flavour) - Strong communication skills / customer interactions skills is essential. - Job involves working at customer location initially to perform Knowledge Transition of existing OSS/BSS and other Telco enterprise applications followed by at least 18 months project delivery from offshore. Strong communication and customer interaction skills are a must.

SAP SRM Consultant-L2
SAP SRM - L2 - Ability to understand the customer business processes and the IT landscape rapidly. Ability to frame the right set of questions for a single process track. Assist in creating solution proposals , rough effort estimates , assist in solution workshops and assist in preparing the solution road map as well as assisting in the detailed documentation and in implementing the solution.Able to guide a team , preparation of design documents, gathering business requirements and estimation and having the knowledge of the quality processes and also guide the team in using the various quality tools.Should have at least 2 - 4 yrs years of SAP experience in the core module of specialization and 1 - 3 years of domain experience.Demonstrates knowledge of SRM Processes and how these processes are treated and configured in SAP SRM Able to work with customer business teams and Wipro project teams effectively. Should be able to conduct requirement gathering workshops ,map these into SAP SRM/MM processes and identify gaps.Should know the development processes adopted for custom developments, unit testing, functional testing, integration testing, go-live preparations and going live.Should be able design and configure processes in Self Service Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Plan driven procurement, Suppler Self Service and Spend Analytics. Should be able to analyze end to end procurement processes and be able to provide a optimum solution utilizing processes available in SRM and MM.
