*Operating System & Hardware maintenance.
*OS patch updating.
*Layered software – like office suites , outlook troubleshooting/config , PST backup , mailclient setup
*Software installation / reinstallation / fixes.
*Troubleshooting LAN /cabling/network related problems.
*Antivirus patch updates, version update as per policy.
*Applications installation.
*Carry out upgrades installation
*IMAC – Installation of desktop/ Laptop/ Printers/ scanners/ MFPs as
per the defined IT process, SOE (Standard operating Environment) and
check off list
Desk side support to be provided in all locations.
*Knowledge of network layers.
*Basic Knowledge about Leased Line /ISDN link/VSAT /Leased Line Modems
*Would be required to undertake L1 troubleshooting of routers and
Swiches. Hence knowledge about WAN/LAN active components is must.
