Customer Satisfaction.
Preventive & Break down Maintenance.
Process Adherence & prevent / avoid any violation..
Adherence to Security Policies & Procedures
Desired Profile: Handling Day to day Calls, Resolution of the same within stipulated period
Responding to and co coordinating customer calls. & Channelised Escalation.
