Administrative Assistant Experience: Less than 1 year of working

North American shift timings of 6:30pm to 3:30am Education:
Graduation a must Role Summary Replicon is currently looking for a
Sales Administrative Assistant to complete he administrative
responsibilities related to Sales Department. Reporting directly to
the Sales Director in the North American office, this is a good
opportunity for an individual looking to gain experience for a sales
related role. Core Accountabilities Review incoming leads and
distribute fairly among the new business Sales Representatives in the
North American office. Using Microsoft Excel, ensure all assigned
reports are completed accurately and emailed out on time. Review all
incoming emails from assigned inbox’s and forward to the applicable
person, department, and/or escalate to the Sales Director. Make calls
to customers signed up to attend sales webinars to confirm their
attendance. Adhere to the CRM (Salesforce) documentation standards with
the administrative responsibilities assigned to you. Key Skills Good
verbal and written communication skills Working knowledge of Microsoft
Excel Detail-oriented with attention to accuracy
