Job Description: * Generating reports (routine/ad hoc) /and/or performing accounting related activities as assigned from time to time
*
Ensuring total customer satisfaction by providing quality service, that
is error free, submitted in a timely manner and communicated
effectively.
* Standardising and automating tasks entrusted and maintaining updated Department Operating Instructions.
*
Ensuring adherence to the Minimum Control Standards and other key
reporting and reconciliation guidelines. Maintenance of control systems
and guidelines and the review of existing control reports.
*
Contribute to the effectiveness of the team by utilizing interpersonal
skills to work with members effectively and to communicate across teams
in the FSSC in order to ensure smooth operations for the center.
* Continually reviewing all assigned processes in order to identify opportunities for quality and process design improvement
