Finance Operations Managers ensures that HP operations are conducted in
line with financial policies and controls, Manage financial and
accounting personnel in the delivery of information to managerment
decision-makers and directs the development, implementation and
administration of financial planning, reporting and transaction
processing systems and procedures
Desired Profile: Qualification:
* Qualified Chartered Accountant or ICWA.
* Minimum of 10 years experience, of which 6 years plus would be in BPO.
* Working experience in Accounts Payable function would be a BIG PLUS.
Job Discription:
* People Manager Role. The team size would
range from 50 to 200 and the job entails delivery of F&A services
to either HP controllership or to external Customers.
* The job requires a person who understands accounting flows and is able to manage a large team.
* This person should also be capable of delivering to agree upon service levels.
* This position would require to work on customer timings and if it a
team that supports worldwide, the person will come in during the day.

the development of manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, product
