Job Description:
1) Research on M&A
deals using company press releases, RNS statements, proprietary
databases, Annual Reports, Quarterly statements etc. 2)
Understanding the deal. 3) Analyze deals with respect to deal
value, target financials, valuation multiples, offer premiums etc.
4) Prepare a detailed M&A report based on the analysis and
client defined parameters. 5) Extensive email correspondence with
an international client

clients with research and analysis support across different industries.
The R&AS group provides research support in the areas of Market
Research, Business Research, Financial Research, Investment Research,
Analytic Services, Procurement Services and Legal & Intellectual
Property Research.
The current opening is with the Financial
Research team within the Research & Analytics Services group. The
job will involve working In 24 by 5 operations with rotational shifts.
