Looking for people with international BPO work experience
· Involves handling Inbound Calls.
· Involves resolving customer queries.
· Involves updating customers on latest information on a product or service.
· Should be comfortable working in shifts.
· Should have excellent English communication skills.
· Should be patient enough to handle any kind of customer queries.

Education Certificates - IF Max 4 Backlog is eligible or
3years Diploma - Govt recognised &
Proper experience certificates if experienced
More than 4 backlogs are permitted only for customer support.
