Designation: Sr.IT Helpdesk Coordinator/Sr. SDE
Job Description:
-Work closely with the customer in identifying opportunities for
improvement/reasons for sub-par performance & execute on them -The
selected candidate will be required to attend and respond to customers’
calls relating to their problems and queries. -Accountable to ensure
all the projects are completed within the stipulated time -Manage
Helpdesk and support with Project Team to ensure proper service
delivery to the business within the SLA’s. -Accountable for the
delivery of all the operational services to the customer according to
Service Level Agreements. -Responsible to plan, track and manage
various service delivery and operational metrics and report the same to
senior management on a regular basis. -Responsible to ensure minimum
downtime -Regular analysis of the incident & problem management and
regular discussions with Project Team about resolution of long pending,
chronicle & problematic issues. -To ensure the SLA’s are met and
customer satisfaction is achieved NOTE: Female candidates need not to

Desired Profile: -MBA (Operations) from a reputed Business School-Efficiency in Handling computer with good communication skills
