Job Description: Responsibilities: The
incumbent will be responsible for analysts and MIS with Strategic Reporting
assisting in operations strategies for various Industry Verticals like Airline,
Telecomm, BFSI, Retail etc. for International markets. The incumbent will also
provide thought leadership and engage in advanced Analytical work including
Modeling and Data Mining in future. He/she may be responsible for developing
and maintaining effective working relationships with Client counterparts and
other business partners. The successful candidate will be a member of a bigger
modeling/analytics team and build analytic solutions for various business
needs. Incumbent may need to travel for a period of 3-4 months for service
delivery.

Required Qualification:
PHD or
similar quantitative discipline is required The candidate must have excellent
quantitative/analytical skills, strong thought leadership, solid project
management skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work on
multiple projects and work effectively in a team environment. Excellent
interpersonal skills, a statistical/business background and knowledge of SAS and
SQL are preferred. The successful candidate may have an advanced degree in
business or a quantitative field with relevant work experience. Knowledge of
relevant industry is a plus. 0-3years of prior work experience in related
professional area is desirable.
