Job Description

1.Responsible for ensuring fulfillment of Insurance sales targets
2.Responsible for update and upkeep of relevant marketing & sales collaterals, promotional items as per the stated guidelines as and when issued
3.Ensure proper reporting of the documentation & daily reports
4.Promote and support the store in every possible way
5.Ensure that all displays are put up as specified
6.Would be working on Company Rolls
 
Desired Profile

1.High target and Customer-service Orientation; High initiative
2.Excellent Selling and Persuasion skills with confidence to engage customers
3.Knowledge about local area activities, promotions, campaigns and activities
4.Language - English & Regional Language (Additional Hindi desirable)
5.Pleasant & well-groomed personality.
6.Prior experiance in Exp in Telecom, Financial products, Credit Card , Home loans , personal loans , DSA experience would be an added advantage
7.Graduate with 3-4 yrs exp or MBA with 1 - 2 Yrs experience
